Group 4 did a really good job presenting their information. They were the last group to present. They did not have many students in the class to work with. The teachers Introduced each other by their last name. Classroom rules and rules for teacher vs. student game and what is the program for today. The teachers had a "refresh our memories" slide to assess prior knowledge. I really like how the teachers had the teacher vs. student game and would keep score with the magnets and then would get a prize at the end of the students win. The teachers did a good job presenting what will be taught for the day. There was a slide about where does all the water go and wild weather and explaining what each part is. to check for understanding there were multiple slides that had the same activity: to make sure everyone is on the right page, filling out together but students need to fill out on a sheet and matching words to phrases. The teachers called on students and gave real-life examples. Each teacher did a good job presenting the information to the students. One thing that they could have done better was that they told the student a little late that the words in certain colors are what they need to write in their notes. I really liked when they asked which student was confused and the teachers went back to teach the student about the topic they were confused on and make it easier to understand. The information presented was clear. For guided practice, they did an activity with pictures of weather and the words to match it with the examples and effect. The teachers asked the student what the words were to match the phrases. To review what was taught during the lesson. For independent practice, the teachers had the student complete a KAHOOT. Overall, the teachers completed the lesson in a timely manner and had an informational presentation.
